Orders can be cancelled within one (1) hour after the order is placed/purchased and will receive a full refund. 

​

Request for cancellation after the one (1) hour period will vary depends if the order has been made or the production of the order started. 

Due to our items and products being made to order and customized, we implement a NO RETURN POLICY. 

If the tracking system indicated that the parcel is "DELIVERED" and you did not receive or see your package, please contact your local postal office.

You can also notify us regarding this matter so we can assist you and help you contact the post office and submit a report/ missing parcel claim.
